HOPE! 😉 The villa isn’t easy to invite people , they either need to wait till the morning hours that the nearby train stain starts the itineraries or if they have drank a lot , some hours to get sober and drive back . In downtown Barcelona , much easier , however , the limitations during the late night hours , for sure will be an issue . BUT .. I AM SURE that it won’t be extremely disaster like the last 2-3 months between Vivi , Jen and whoever tried to be a B1 tenant .

I think this makes sense so she can start getting paid because until today Dominga is the only one making money. It seems that they will stay in the project until the summer because the girlfriend brought her dog with her in her second visit. I assume B1 will now have Latina girls only which is good because Dominga & her girlfriend had a language barrier with the girls in B4. Also, they can invite their Latina friends over.

The only thing that could be a challenge is if there is noise when they have visitors. The neighbors in B1 can't stand anything. 1

Having them with Gelia in B5 might have been interesting but IMO B5 is too small. Basically 2 bedrooms and 1 big kitchen living room combo….3 rooms. I know lots of great stuff has happen in the past but it’s for a couple/single lifestyle which can be hugely different. When it’s comes to two single rooms in B1, no big deal imo. It might be reflecting RLC’s strategy very true but I am going to wait and see. It may have been offered to them because well it’s empty anyhow, and girls need lots of room for all their clothes….anyway I am clutching at straws here, I really cluesless lol. I will miss English being spoken as often which was one positive result of mixing the nationalities.

B5 has been nearly always a “ couples “ downtown Barcelona apartment and to be honest , it has hosted some of the greatest moments we have seen on cameras . We would have had two bisexual couples , Ada maybe becoming more social having 2 Spanish speakers , I don’t know , it simple made lots of sense . 1
