The conclusion is that it might be  more than 1,5 years that we saw such an INSTANT update announcement from RLC , even being for an outcome seeing tenants departing . Maybe in 2 years again we get an instant news update.

Probably Bogdan reported to RLC, since he and Hawk came a few hours later to do the paint job.

Possible .. but when he was living there ( Bogdan ) , I don’t remember also being so “ instant “ , for sure NEVER this chaos we are facing the last 1,5 years and with tenants even disappear and we don’t know how many days they are gong to be away and such things .

I am more surprised by them repainting the walls.  Has the next occupant of the penthouse previously lived in the PH and asked for the walls to be repainted?

(And they haven't washed the windows since Bogdan rappelled from the roof maybe four or five years ago.)

Yes. And the next tenant also asked them to repaint the LR, which they did a few days ago.

Kick out: Vega and Rex, Lunette and Ada, Astra, Ivy, Roxa, Zara and Dana, Ulyana, Aya, Briana, Charlotte and Martin

Replace with social, energetic, attractive, sexually liberated participants to fill all empty rooms
