RLC's blame or not (I think it's not, but out of their hands), it's sad that B1 is not in the project anymore. 

However, I think that the PH of B4 will be occupied soon. Why did they send Dominga and Simonne away otherwise? They could be in the PH of B4. It wouldn't be my choice but it could have been that way.

Today, a legend has died. B1 was the first apartment setting new standards for RLC. It was and will ever be my favorite RLC apartment of all times with all of its ups and downs. If Kiko & Nora really own this place, will they rent it out privately to new tenants again, or will they sell it? Don't forget to post the obligatory "Save travels"-post! Amen & thank you so much. 😭💔🙏

I don't understand why some people are crying over the loss of an apartment here. 

This place (and some others) was dead for some time and RLC isn't just about staring at empty rooms. RLC is all about the residents, and for some time now, RLC has been facing a problem that is becoming more pressing with each passing month. There is a lack of new, attractive, and sympathetic girls who are truly willing to participate in the project. And this problem isn't going to get any better if they keep spreading the dwindling number of girls around in such a way that, in the end, there are more and more half-empty apartments left. Especially for a place like B1, this make no sense, because the girls can not even party there because the neighbors immediately raise the alarm. 

Sorry, the problem isn't the apartments—it's the lack of residents or the fact that the quality of the residents is generally declining. Only when RLC finally starts investing here again (and I’m hoping it’s not too late for that) will we see any improvements any maybe even some new apartments at some point. In the meantime, I think RLC should focus on quality rather than quantity. Better to have fewer apartments, but ones with residents who are worth the money.

It's so sad to lose B1, the historic apartment in Barcelona, the first one right after Nora and Kiko's house!!! So many girls, parties, and memories!!! Those who were there remember the old B1, then its revival after the renovation—an apartment steeped in incredible history, which will be missed by all the original fans!!!😓

 I think people got sad / emotional because of the history of the apartment , the girls we have seen and the moments . It is like you have watching a multi season series and suddenly isn’t renewed and some cliffhangers haven’t finished / explained .

 

I will just add a ( popular ) conclusion I believe ,since the launch of XLife , the quality and “ daily flow “ of RLC streams has decreased very very much . We have rooms and apartments that are left without tenants for long long long time , tenants that participate only to get salaries and have an apartment so as not to pay , we have for a whole winter mice in a villa and RLC leaves its tenants co living with them and especially in a room that it is very sensitive , the kitchen . In general , XLife launch has been a move that I believe NOBODY ( or better  say very very few ) can understand why it was founded.

How do you know? I was hoping someone else would move in. It's got the best shower view! 😭
