It doesn't bother me, one apartment more or less isn't important. Quality comes before quantity and I find it much more important that they do something about the condition of the apartments that remain.

In the end , the Russian / Ukrainian residents prevailed over the Latinas .

No idea, RLC has been in a free fall for years and still exists, the only thing I wonder is that they say the apartment isn't coming back but not a word about the residents. It wouldn't surprise me if they suddenly reappeared somewhere.
