The structure you see at the top is an elevator over-run and a stairwell. There appears to be glass protective panels at the outer edge of the roof., similar to those used on the balconies. There is also a chaise lounge chair and several small furniture items. I am quite certain access to the roof is restricted to the owners of the apartments on the floor beneath, such as the RLC apartments. I do not believe Adeline would be putting on shows and having vaginal and anal sex with Markus on this balcony, if just anybody could access the roof and watch them without being a RLC subscriber! .
