Maybe Leora is also a victim of the “ cut cost “ of RLC like we see in other cities and she’s fed up with her employer so she started doing business outside to balance her income ( obviously I don’t believe this at all but it is just a thought so as to justify once again that Leora never really cared for real life exposure , she did all outside and she simply does this now again ) .
