Why, have they broken up? It doesn't seem so to me. For one thing, they haven't had any arguments or fights about it. It doesn't look like Paul wants to leave and neither does Leora.

RLC people are so desperate and afraid to move her as she’s not offering anything anymore because they haven’t focused or prepared to make a new “ must see “ tenant . They should have already found the new RLC person but they allow Leora to keep them in the Stone Age . 

Venera & Lion were the only couple I can think of I would consider stable and 'traditional' within the RLC family. Also, the only ones (maybe a couple others) who left voluntarily; knowing they had bigger goals other than getting free rent.
