What policy are you talking about? So you the policy would be true and not the fact that they asked current tenant to not have anything to do with participant of "the other project"? 😉

While I can follow the argumentation of tenants fucking off cam, I can't imagine RLC subsidizing it by renting/buying an off cam apartment for RLC tenants... It goes directly against their interests, and they already seem short on money as it is...
