Yep, but I was thinking more of a tenant private rent elsewhere by ex-tenants or something where current tenants pay to use when they want, not RLC subsidizing it. I know there are places they can hide, like when Loira did hidden cam work whilst in B4 and Noa hiding in the FR restroom, but there ain't many places to go with enough space, the garage wouldn't be very warm in winter and not that private, I can't imagine B4 tenants would want to do much stuff in there.

Play the inquisition to find out who invited them, then kick them out and have empty beds for weeks/months again?... It's just that as VHTV tenants they can't be paid tenants on RLC again (unless/until that policy changes).
