Yep, but I was thinking more of a tenant private rent elsewhere by ex-tenants or something where current tenants pay to use when they want, not RLC subsidizing it. I know there are places they can hide, like when Loira did hidden cam work whilst in B4 and Noa hiding in the FR restroom, but there ain't many places to go with enough space, the garage wouldn't be very warm in winter and not that private, I can't imagine B4 tenants would want to do much stuff in there. 

There were lots of rumours on here about off-cam sex, drug use, orgies etc going on in that garage a few years ago... From FZ among others, if I recall well... 😄

This is exactly how they would ban people. What tenant is going to risk getting in trouble or possible expulsion from the project by bringing in someone RLC says is not ok?

When VHTV bans people from their project, anybody who tries to bring them in gets hit with a heavy fine.
