RLC Opening first U.S. house in North Carolina

Any updates on if this is actually happening?

I think it was just a prank just to see what response they would get. RLC wouldn't buy a house and then advertise their location. Besides who in their right mind would advertise something like that on the fraudulent site Craigslist.

Yep. That 500 lb pig couldn't market shit like that commercially, it had to go about it spamming Internet forums. The true definition of a derelict loser.

I am starting to wonder if this was a fake, but I don't understand why someone would fake it. I did some more digging into the house itself and it was sold to a professional couple not a company. Another confusing thing is that this HAS to be the house they were talking about in the ad, it matches the time of sale, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and even the distance to the restaurant mentioned in the ad. There were no other houses sold publicly in the area that matched the ad at all. I don't see a Real Camera Media registered with the state of North Carolina, nor a Liam Wallace as a registered agent. Perhaps I am being out of line by digging into this so much, but I am curious because it doesn't make much sense.

There was another one that was advertised before this one came about. It was for the location of Montreal,Canada and that never came about.  RLC goes about trying to keep their business practice privately as possible. They don't advertise.

Maybe so, but why the hell would someone post an ad like this advertising for something that isn't going to happen, not to mention basically listing someone else's house?

Baiting the general populous to see the results. Either from the Bible thumpers, the prospective tenants, the governments, the local consensus. I could see lot's of reasons for it looking at it strictly from a business stand point. Even so much as to see the English speaking population's opinion and thoughts.

A few thousand spent now could save tens of thousands later. Think of what the costs are to bring a house on- line, not including the tenants themselves. Property, taxes, utilities, maintenance, tech and camera set ups, uplinking, Internet server costs. Need I continue?

I live within 40 miles of Asheville, NC and the story has been on every TV station as far east as Charlotte, NC. I can see it happening in Asheville. Asheville is a melting pot of all ethnicity including a large gay population. Very progressive city to live and has at least 5 colleges surrounding the area.

My wife was born there. (Asheville) She wanted to move back until I gave her the stats on it. She changed her mind in a hurry. "OMG. It's full of Libs now!!!"  :yikes: :lmao: :haha:  I knew that I married a smart girl.

Liam Wallace = William Wallace = joke (UK history)
