This Apartment! Split #1

Recommended Posts

Yes, it's a waste of energy, and RLC has either encouraged it, or it has required the tenants to own cats: anything to show that something exists in their apartments even when every single tenant is gone. Anything that trips off the motion sensors is wonderful to them (that's why they upgraded to motion sensors -- so cats could have fun tripping on the camera! In the radio and TV business, the biggest enemy is called "dead air." You automatically lose customers and potential customers if you allow "dead air." They have been engaged in this "UP-TIME 24/7!" practices since the beginning.

I think it's either a business strategy, or else the Russian and Spanish cultures are extremely wasteful of energy simply because the bill is paid from somebody else's dime.

Cats are the second-big success on the Internet, right after porn. ;) Just have a look on Youtube.  :)

The always on TV just annoys me (it destroys the ambience). But It is not a real problem. ... I think, your comment is a little to exaggerated.  ??? ... My goodness. Have fun or stay away. That is my suggestion.  8)

Actually, I can see another potential benefit of leaving the TV on when nobody is there. It would give the impression to any possible thief/robber that the apartment is occupied at the moment so they should not enter. However, I don't understand why it is left on when the girls are home.

As long as the TV stays on the motion detector will pick it up and keep one of the rooms always on thumbnail whether there is activity or not.

I see that completely different. Both are worth watching and have nothing to prove.  :)

I could be wrong, but it looks as if Ilona is in a bad mood today. Just have more patience, please. This is not VV (I mean that positively!).

Girls will be girls!

While guys who live together as house mates seldom communicate much, other than with basic stuff and often just grunts, girls get all affectionate and then grouchy by turns. It's how they are.

The guys don't have 'tiffs' or 'moods' or 'misunderstandings', at least not to make a big deal about.

No biggie!

Mr.box and bubbleboil, I like both your comments. True, Mr. Box, we at VV do lack patience, things change much slower on rlc than vv. And girls are  different than guys. Girls are more moody and do get put off by little personal interactions much easier. K & K used to go through that all the time. It was an emotional roller coaster! Us guys are not as used to it (well maybe we are if we have wives or girlfriends). One day, Kristy would get really pissed off at Kami and wouldn't talk to her for a day or two. I'd watch Kristy while this went on. She waited until she made Kami literally bawl in her room, then the next day she suddenly was all friends with her again. Wow! If a guy did that to another guy, he'd say fuck off or he just wouldn't care.
