Are you sure they will have the same dreams and thoughts after they GROW up in time? Those tattoos are more or less PERMANENT, consider the pain and money to remove them when dreams and situations CHANGE. I've seen enough and heard enough about this tattoo business and I feel sorry for those kids, because they ARE kids that do NOT know what they are actually commit themselves with these full body tattoos. I totally agree with you Alanohio, is a quite different thing about small inconspicuous tattos that mean something to you and those full body ones that consider the human body a painter's canvas.
