we don't know if it was the reason for why anna/alex left but it's very possible,this tatoo guy have kill this appartment on only 2 weeks,

what's happen whith endy now? i hope she have not left too,

I think it's absolutely possible they left because of the Kurgan. He came Anna much to close.

Hell, Anna may have been more worried about the Kurgan coming on to Alex too much.
