So, I decided to start studying media files, looking for these infamous dots. I've studied over 100 files, many at high magnification and especially when people said there were dots in specific areas on certain files. And, after all that, I still have yet to see a single dot on any media file, ever. I honestly believe it's an elaborate RLC conspiracy to hornswoggle us into not posting what they don't want us to post. Seriously! If you would please point out exactly where, on that GIF of Kami you were talking about, are the dots, I will look again for the dots. Thank you.

RLC will operate without them. At least that's how it works for viewing Free Cams without a RLC Account. I don't know how the Paid Members are as I am not a Paid Member of RLC nor will I ever be. 3
