I think its more likely she found out for herself that the player DB was a player and they're finished. She was out for the evening dressed up and was visibly upset when she came in. I think if VV was going to give them the boot they would have talked to them together.

Also, if they were going to be evicted, you would think that Nastya would be somewhat upset also, which she isn't.
