well i have tried contact the help support of vv for the management for sofia and i just got the answer and i have to say they are more rude than the  tech support,

they doing again menace to sanction to my account etc... what a shit support seriously,we give suggestion for the site progress and the support menace to bann you they are really stupid,last time i contact this stupid support.you don't talk like that with your members it's unacceptable!

Well, so much for the talk. She has continued to do it consistently every day. And now they are either rude in their response (clive) or just ignore messages like I am getting. I cancelled my subscription today. VV you are a bunch of wankers.
