Thank you for that my friend warms my heart to hear it As for thous how trys to couse the opesit effect .. I share your thought and I say to leora to filter those remarks from her heart and there are many of us how appricate her from every Point of View . From my obsevation I have notice long time ago how smart and sharp she is and everyday I see it more and more... Both of them are.. (Maybe some will not agree about Paul but know what I see ..That guy is sharp as razor in what he does). In the conclusion of thing leora is very beautiful and sensitive woman and she share with us everything (well almost) even the most intimate things and that for it self couse to a person to be vulnerable to a remarks . That kind of sweet flower should be nourished and not damaged. Love to you beautiful lady... from me and from all

I agree but as long as it's not nasty we just let it happen.

Leora can be quite fearsome when she shouts down that phone or at Paul or sometimes at Eva but usually she never remains angry for long and returns to her beautiful serenity. I think the books she reads are nearly (I won't mention why I use that word) all high quality and far superior to those read even by English college students. She also has fantastically diverse taste. From reading these she gains an understanding of humanity and the universe. This is what makes her The Goddess she is. There are not many other book readers on RLC - I can only think of Kristy.

She would make a very good friend, but if you deserved to be her enemy then I think she would be brutal.........but the ability to forgive is a wonderful gift, which I think she possesses.

I got one from her last visit. You could not wipe the smile off my face. Naturally I respect and thank all people who give me reputation but from a certain person it means so much more. Even though I do not attempt to contact her it was an acknowledgement of my existence that I could never have hoped for.
BBsq69
If Leora is into reading her Dickens then can I recommend a book fo her: "Middlemarch" has been cited as the greatest novel in the English language. It was written by George Elliot (real name Mary Ann Evans) and is the story of a town in the Midlands of England. It follows 2 main characters: Dorothea Brooke - who yearns to be an intellectual and has in interest in social projects but makes a poor choice of husband Tertius Lydgate - a doctor who wants to serve the poor as well as the rich much to the annoyance of his new wife who wants the finer things in life The whole novel is rich with characters, deceits and disputed wills and the journey some of its characters take and if you read it the right way it is quite passionate as well. Any more thoughts on it would give away the plot.
