I favor keeping the two apartments close enough together so they can have joint functions with known attendees. Getting the right girls is critical but so will be the type of activity that occurs within. RLC should retain the all girl resident rule for these two units. They have the traditional male-female couple and the lesbian couple well areas well covered. These two should be single females with occasional bisexual female-female activity encouraged.
