This type of discussion does not belong in this thread in the first place and I would recommend it to be removed and put in the RANT'S & FLAME WARS thread. Everybody is different with their likes and dislikes, they are different with what they want to see or not see. Let's use a truck as an analogy; Some people buy a truck because they use if for work everyday, some people buy a truck because where they live it floods all the time, some people buy a truck (me) because they own property and if that property is wet...you are not going to get around it unless you have 4wheel drive, some people buy trucks because they like to jack them up and sit real high on the road (i personally hate these people lol), and then some people buy trucks because they are just plain practical. My point is, there is different strokes for different folks. Please people, move all this to the proper thread and quit cluttering up the general chat for this apartment thread.
