Anna jumped up in the kitchen and ran to a door or window.  Anna looked terrified when she woke up Alex. Alex was just his clumsy self. He did not look like he could handle a gun very well.  I could see the flash of light from the gun shots in the window. I didn't hear and screams or yells though.

Is VV informed? When anybody got shot and is hurt they must call immedeately

Nobody knows shit. Why would you tell them something as serious as somebody got shot when nobody knows what's going on? Things like this is why VV ignores emails that get sent to them already.
