I think the management can watch and the appartement too. Those IP adresses are on whitelist then. I just tested it over a proxy. With Russia IP get redirect to Google.com when trying to access VV.

So I think theres no Russian forum

Main VV customers are USA, Canada and Europe. Russia is not important for them. RLC also not working with Russian IP
