The first thing they did was drop some stuff off in the bedroom and get in the jacuzzi with each other completely naked. That's more than the silly 4 have done their entire stay. Kate and Louie kept all of their belongings in Emma's room. The new couple dropped some stuff off in the closet of that bedroom. So I do think that is where they are staying.
