Naga as you say she may have been in Barca for awhile and meant a guy before. Also it is possible she meant a guy while out  with the twins. She could possibly meant a guy while out and the next time she ran into him he gave her the roses to impress her. Just because she is talking to a guy or having a drink with him is not the cheating that lucas is referring to.
