I've had a before. It normally sorts itself out quickly but it can also be caused by a background process i.e. something on your PC like a virus checker maybe downloading an update could just be temporarily giving you a problem.

I travel a lot and when I'm at hotels with less than 10 Mbit / sec, it often happens that I get this message. It helps to turn off sync against  the internet sky, if you save in eg iCloud, Dropbox, etc. Or reduce the number of windows
