try cleaning your browsing data from the setting and re start your browser sometimes it get better

i tryied but nothing .. this is the second day but only in the evening ... in the morning it's work like a charm... and i have a fiber connection

i guess some times when there too many people they kind of lower the bandwidth and you get week signal, if that the case  when it get quieter it should be fine, of course that does not help if you have to miss the action.

yes i think so because my speedtest connection is good (ping and speed are stable to the server near my home)

keep nag them every day until they do something about it , i hope they fix it for you i know how annoying it is when something is happening and you cant see it.
