Belle can be Number 1 or nowhere, but there needs to be more love for Rosie seeing as I think she is most responsible for the great atmosphere in the house. Maybe she's a facilitator like Irma. I have to say in the question of leadership there is no question Queen Nora is head and shoulders above them all. I really think Gina had the personality to become a leader but maybe was not encouraged enough. 1
