Alberto might be the best thing for her in this stage in her life. I'm calling it a fling (that may last a few weeks). Speculating and making assumptions based on observation, she's inexperienced, has very low self esteem, and lacks affection in her life. Just to add some thoughts, Leora isn't stupid. She sees a bigger picture for herself (whatever that may be). Being opinionated, she doesn't have tatts all over her body, piercings where IMO they don't belong (tongue, nose, eyebrows, nips). Dare I say it, she has conservative tendencies (for someone who fucks on camera); which makes all her 11 years on RLC more disappointing.

Know that when Leora asks Paul for a back message, she is (silently) screaming at him for affection (sex).

The entire "Paul doesn't know I bate for the cameras" or the farce "I didn't know I'm on cam" went out with the bath water many years ago. She (and other RLCers) can be classified in many ways: Sluts, camera whores - for themselves, they could be living out a fantasy as they liked to be watch (and get paid for it).
