Hey, Mark, Billi's right. You don't need to subscribe just to download from mab. In fact, I don't believe you need to subscribe to any host site just to download files. Also, whenever you sign up to a website, you're not required to give them real information, except for sometimes, an email address because some sites send you a confirmation email to make sure it's really you. But, if you install a little addon called Blur, which is a tracker blocker, into your browser, it will generate a fake address to give them. And, you don't have to worry, it's still tied to your real address so you'll still receive any email the site sends you, but the site never gets your real email address. Of course, there are exceptions to this thought. If you sign up to a site like Amazon, for example, you need to give them true info so they can send you what you ordered. I know that's blatantly obvious, I just didn't want to be misunderstood by anyone else who might read this. I hope this is helpful.
