Having looked at the format for the new style as from Tuesday I must concede that perhaps it might help reduce the amount of unnecessary material that is posted, and possibly confine the anti Leora or anti Malia brigade to the correct topic...Also those that belly ache about RLC continuously will have their own place to vent their spleens. It would be unreasonable to condemn it as I have without first trying it out, so just to piss a few people off I shall continue for now at least..

Minds have already been made up and the decision of those " Impartial " Mods is final as far as I'm concerned, they have sanctioned the lunatics taking over the asylum....So be it !! It matters not to me...But poor old Pulo will be the one to suffer most..

As an " Leora Loyalist " I am not at all upset by your remarks or your opinion..You have stated them honestly and respectfully which gives no reason for people to be upset. You paid for something and you don't think you are receiving fair value for money, it happens in all walks of life, and you have since made known your disappointment by cancelling your subscription...at least unlike some people who come on here complaining you did have a subsciption, which allowed you to be able to form your opinion and come to the decision you have. Different people have different ideas of what they should be getting or thier subscription, so it's down to each individual to decide like you whether to continue with it, if you are not satisfied with how things are developing then it makes sense to not throw good money after bad. Who knows in life what will happen next, you might find in a few months time that something stimulates your curiosity and you rejoin...Good luck to you.

Before you write your normal bullshit perhaps you should check your facts,..Whilst I didn’t accuse you of using the words whore and prostitute they had nevertheless been used more than once by certain members, Perhaps if you concentrated on what others were saying instead of trying to score points through sarcasm, innuendo and supposition you may just get your facts right instead of having to distort them to suit your warped narrative. You might even be more appreciated. How did management getting involved as you put it backfire on certain people, I see no evidence of it, perhaps again it’s a figment of your fertile imagination. l agree with much of what you say HF with the exception of your remark regarding “kissing bottom“. It’s not kissing bottom by just showing a semblance of respect to the tenants. Also when you state that the tenants have been getting away with murder for years...How! Just because a tenant has an outside interest doesn’t mean she is getting away with anything, or taking liberties, but that would surely depend on your expectations in the first place. But I agree with your thoughts regarding opinions and banter, it is what makes the forum interesting and mostly a fun place to be..as long as there are lines drawn as to what is acceptable in banter toward fellow members and certainly what constitutes an acceptable opinion...Surely it’s not acceptable to call a girl a whore or prostitute is it? Neither is it acceptable to refer to another member as a C-nt or similar whilst hiding behind the shield of anonymity ( the last one I have unfortunately been guilty of myself ) Perhaps members should think about whether they would call each other by these names if the other member was standing in front of them.....I would, but then I’m not too tightly wrapped at the best of times.🤪 It probably will kill the forum as a place for robust verbal intercourse, all in the name of PC and progress. With due respect for your opinion, you have been around long enough to know never to write Leora off...You may think she has abandoned the project, but you couldn't be further from the truth. Unlike Malia, Leora gives quality as opposed to quantity, I personally don't look at the empty bed waiting for her to return, because I don't begrudge her her free time initially, although like most people in this section of the forum I would like to see her 24/7, but that would be an unrealistic expectation. From my point of view, if you set your sights high ( Leora ) you will sometimes experience disappointment, but quality is worth the occasional disappointment...But set your sight low ( Malia ) and you will rarely be disapointed as expectation's are lower in the first place...And normally for a good reason. Just my opinion and no disrespect to those who are avid Malia followers.....Each to their own !!

Yes it should be regulated by the powers that be, but alas sometimes it isnt, perhaps being adults we should be capable of regulating ourselves. So you have a scenario of someone being too explicit with a criticism and someone else responding....Result! All out verbal war.... Much would depend on what was perceived as the problem area's, and what people thought had to be " sorted out " I suppose. Obviously both sides of the " dispute " would blame the other.
