With due respect for your opinion, you have been around long enough to know never to write Leora off...You may think she has abandoned the project, but you couldn't be further from the truth. Unlike Malia, Leora gives quality as opposed to quantity, I personally don't look at the empty bed waiting for her to return, because I don't begrudge her her free time initially, although like most people in this section of the forum I would like to see her 24/7, but that would be an unrealistic expectation. From my point of view, if you set your sights high ( Leora ) you will sometimes experience disappointment, but quality is worth the occasional disappointment...But set your sight low ( Malia ) and you will rarely be disapointed as expectation's are lower in the first place...And normally for a good reason. Just my opinion and no disrespect to those who are avid Malia followers.....Each to their own !!

Yes it should be regulated by the powers that be, but alas sometimes it isnt, perhaps being adults we should be capable of regulating ourselves. So you have a scenario of someone being too explicit with a criticism and someone else responding....Result! All out verbal war.... And then of course there are those who's sole aim in life is to bait people, sometimes they are successful and sometimes not but it doesn't deter them....each to their own way of enjoyment I guess.

And that is why perhaps the problems arose...You seem to think that bad mouthing the participants of the project is fair game....Its hardly banter when some folk are calling her a whore and prostitute.....Also, the fact is they do know and they certainly do care. Any criticism about the apartment should be directed to RLC as far as I see it, and not to the tenants....I accept we all have favourites, but constant verbal abuse that you and I might call banter might not seem so in the tenants minds.

Much would depend on what was perceived as the problem area's, and what people thought had to be " sorted out " I suppose. Obviously both sides of the " dispute " would blame the other.

Correct !! You didn't mention 24/7, but you did say that people don't pay money to look at empty rooms..Unless someone is there 24/7 then you will see empty rooms at some time... If as you imply that it wasn't necessarily about L and M then what is it doing on the L and M topic?....I don't think everything that is said is an attack on Leora, in fact I didn't think of it as an attack at all, I saw it as an opinion of which I disagreed. Sorry to contradict you, but people pay money to watch 14 cameras, there is no guarantee that there will be girls there 24/7. I would ask you, Is your house occupied 24/7 ? I doubt it is unless you are an exception....So what's the difference between you and the tenants of RLC?
