RANTING Rama the control freak, now seems to have gotten his way and returned Bonnie back under his spell. What was once a really interesting apartment with so many possibilities, is now about as boring as the rest of the couples apartments. To put things into perspective for all you out there who purchase that beef and pork at the supermarket or go to there local restaurant's and eat a burger, steak, ribs or pulled pork. In my little area of the US and the world we process about 20% of the world's meat. our area encompasses about 150,000 people and most work in agriculture of some kind. On a normal day there is about 25,000 head of cattle and 22,000 head of pork processed each day, or 16,250,000 pounds of beef and 6,330.000 of pork. That is lot of steaks and burger, and ribs, ham, and bacon. So if you go to the store and you can't find any meat to buy, this is why !!! Report: China hid coronavirus' severity to hoard supplies WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. officials believe China covered up the extent of the coronavirus outbreak — and how contagious the disease is — to stock up on medical supplies needed to respond to it, intelligence documents show. Chinese leaders “intentionally concealed the severity” of the pandemic from the world in early January, according to a four-page Department of Homeland Security report dated May 1 and obtained by The Associated Press. The analysis states that, while downplaying the severity of the coronavirus, China increased imports and decreased exports of medical supplies. It attempted to cover up doing so by “denying there were export restrictions and obfuscating and delaying provision of its trade data,” the analysis states. The report also says China held off informing the World Health Organization that the coronavirus “was a contagion” for much of January so it could order medical supplies from abroad — and that its imports of face masks and surgical gowns and gloves increased sharply.

Leaked Western intel dossier reveals how China deceived the world about coronavirus A research dossier compiled by the so-called "Five Eyes" intelligence alliance states that China intentionally hid or destroyed evidence of the coronavirus outbreak, resulting in the loss of tens of thousands of lives around the world. The 15-page document from the intelligence agencies of the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand, was obtained by Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper and states that China's secrecy amounted to an “assault on international transparency." The dossier touches on themes that have been discussed in media reports about the outbreak of the virus, including initial denial that the virus could be transmitted between humans, the silencing or "disappearing" of doctors who tried to speak up, the destruction of evidence in laboratories and refusal to provide live samples to intenational scientists working on a vaccine. Specifically, the file notes that China began censoring news of the virus on search engines beginning Dec. 31, deleting terms including “SARS variation, “Wuhan Seafood market” and “Wuhan Unknown Pneumonia.” Three days later, on Jan. 3, China’s National Health Commission, ordered virus samples to be either moved to designated testing facilities or destroyed, while simultaneously enforcing a "no-publication order" related to the disease. Perhaps most damningly, the dossier states that Chinese authorities denied that the virus could be spread between humans until Jan. 20, "despite evidence of human-human transmission from early December." The Telegraph also reported that key figures at the Wuhan Institute of Virology previously worked or trained in Australian government labs where they conducted research on pathogens in live bats as part of an ongoing partnership with the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
