I'm sorry but if someone can't handle being corrected on a simple mistake then that's on them. There wasn't even a tone to my post. My post was only like 6 words. If I really wanted it to be negative, I would have made it much more clear. I wasn't.

I'll make three points: 1) my comment was a direct response to someone else saying the apartment was boring and was merely correcting his sentiment, to which the original poster agreed with me. 2) I generally don't make those kinds of comments. If I did, I would literally be making them in every single thread, and especially nowadays where yes I do feel like more than 95% of the tenants are pretty boring, to the point where I don't really watch VH anymore. But this couple was extra disappointing because they showed some promise when they were visitors of Lexy/Pete/Ana a while back with how open they made their relationship seem, but now have become another lump on the log along with the rest of the tenants. 3) I don't prefer positive or negative. I prefer fair and objective comments. If I like something a couple is doing, I'll say it. And if I don't like something, I'll say it. Can't really say I prefer negativity when one of the more recent posts I made here was praising Marilyn and Martin.The only thing I don't "prefer" is making nasty and rude comments about people.

You clearly have no idea who Sid is. Sid wouldn't even try anything with his girlfriend that he was in love with. Hence, why she cheated on him... twice... that we know of. No way he does anything with anyone else, and especially with a girl who he has no chance on getting with.

This english teacher uses some really weird definitions and examples to teach Eva english. I really don't think she's very good or maybe she's new to teaching.

I have to disagree. Granted I didn't see every session between Maya and Stepan but I had never seen Stepan fuck Maya even half as good as this new guy did when he first fucked her here in the apartment. Stepan had a much bigger dick but never wanted to use it and was always timid when he did use it. He wasn't as bad as Paul or Ivan but I've never seen him to be actually good either. The sex between Maya and her current boyfriend has tapered significantly since we first saw him. Compared to his first time here, their current sessions are laughably bad and uneventful. It's a shame Maya wasted so much time with Stepan during her hot body days. She should have been with this current guy 2 or 3 years before she actually got with him.

So after a week of going live in the Lavica Cadence apartment, the first girl to have sex here is neither Lavica nor Cadence. Wonderful.

From what I've gathered, she's basically made up her mind and in my opinion definitively wants to be with the other guy. She's just afraid to tell Ivan that it's officially over and Ivan is too wrapped up to see that she's more into the other guy. I think she's staying with Ivan purely out of obligation at this point.
