    The Filthy Rich are laughing. Divide and conquer. There's a solution to the country's woes, but it requires electing representatives who possess critical thinking, not greedy ambitions or party affiliations. The two-party system was NEVER part of the Constitution, as George Washington himself warned us whilst he housed his slaves in small quarters. No system of government is perfect, because it requires humans to form a more perfect union, and we are more divided than ever, thanks to (see above). To let a charlatan of epic proportions command the illiterate and slow-brained part of American society is sheer lunacy.

    Most people are ignorant of the fact that those few with money and power (oligarchs) don't give a FUCK if Americans are Republicans or Democrats. What they need, to stay in power, is to KEEP the vast majority of said Americans being Republicans and Democrats, so they fight each other instead of the TRUE ENEMY. The ones hoarding conglomerates, wealth and influence.
