You have any ideia of the average salary in for exemple Russia?Always had the ideia they receive very poorly in comparation with other countries like Italy,France etc.But one thing for sure VH must have some way to see how much an place it's watched and popular and based on the monthly views and duration of the same residents,managers receive more or less.An empty house for long hours most probarby won't get revenue.

Yes but losing weight with just changing the eat habits won't give you an very healthy body,if possible do the two things,workout and an good eating habits.But yes usualy p(unless it's genetic)if you have bad eating habits and change them for Better ones some results will apear,at least until you return to old habits..and start eating bad again and gain even more height than the one you had prior.People do that crap diets to lose 3,5kg in two weeks,one month..but then they just have to return to "normal" meals..do exercise and good meals..doneeee😆.

Don't agree at 100%,when I joined ginasium some years ago I had about 90kg,one,two years later about 80,an good hour of fitness,cardio fallow by one hour of weights do wonderful.But of course not eat like an monster and badly it's also important.
