Biden's plan was to remove the military first, leave military equipment and then try to figure out how to remove civilians. Biden wanted the military out before 9/11 for political reasons. He wanted to give a big speech on 9/11/2021 touting his great achievement of getting our troops out of Afghanistan.

And who was the president a decade ago (2011)? Why didn't he get us out of Afghanistan by the end of his term in 2017?
