That's why there was so much negative information illegally leaked by the DOJ and FBI about the Trump Administration to the press when Trump was president.

    If the Court had upheld the lawsuit against Trump, then Trump would have had a legal precedent upon which to sue Twitter for blocking him.

    And as of right now the only basis for the charges against Rep. Gaetz is a story from the New York Times which is based upon anonymous sources. As of yet there have been no formal charges brought against Rep.Gaetz by the DOJ. Until the DOJ formally charges him with a crime he should refuse to resign.
