That is still contravening EU CCTV legislation, no camera is permitted without licence to view outside it's intended demise, so my friend either RLC is breaking the law or those windows are not residential, and as i've just gone through Replay at no time in the last 48 hours has there been a light on at either of those windows.

Max you are absolutely amazing in being able to see all this from 1 camera through 1 door and 1 window. You obviously know nothing about European CCTV regulations, if those windows opsite were a residential property RLC would not be allowed have cameras overlooking those windows, now if you don't believe me look at all the other apartments and find another one where a camera is looking at someone's window.

Firstly YouTube is full of fake news, having worked in Prague some years ago, yes buying or renting can be expensive depending on where you want to buy/rent. The Old Town and Praha 2 are the most expensive areas, but like any European City the further out you go the cheaper property is, then you would normally would have to pay more to commute, not in Prague getting around is easy with Buses, Trams and Metro all running to around midnight, maybe even later now. Also anyone can massage figures, and percentages ask an accountant he/she makes a living out of it
