This happens to videos and pix when members post them to 3rd party file services. Direct posts to CC's servers stay up, but one must be a paid member to view all that stuff. I understand RLC has just issued DMCA take-down orders to the 3rd party guys (seems to be done on a monthly basis), so now we have a bunch of dead links that need to be cleaned up.

I have no problem with your comment. You commented on what they were doing in the apartment, and how you felt a reaction to it. Myself, I think the Russian's drink one hell of a lot of Coke; others drink probably too much Pepsi. KFC buckets are everywhere. Some tenants watch Myth Busters on a regular basis. I'll tell you about the history of Fanta in the Old Dudes section. Contrary to opinion, I'm super tolerant in the comment sections of CC. We simply cannot divorce international culture, and hence politics, when we see such an influence in the apartments. It's part of the tenants' lives. Therefore, it makes for acceptable comments to me both as a mod and a member. Personally, I like these VV threads. Reminds me of the old days when people discussed things instead of calling each other names. But then I should ban myself for going off topic yet again...squirrels have such a difficult life...

Your opinion is fine with me. I think it is worthy of further discussion. Feel free to start a topic at WorldWide Politics. You should consider introducing the subject. I can't control which events the tenants celebrate or what they do. And no, I have no idea how Stepan has maintained his Boleshevik T-shirt for so long... I'm at least happier to see people getting together, being sociable, discussing issues freely, playing cards and board games, playing music, and having a good time rather than being isolated into their damn cell phones. I hope the VV people can do this more often, and I'd be happier if more than half the RLC tenants did it at all. When I was a kid growing up, being taught to duck and cover from Russian nukes, VE and VJ Days were ALWAYS listed on all the calendars in the US. (Personally, I'm glad WWII ended. I would have preferred that WWI never existed. It would have been easier on my father and grandparents' generation. We're still dealing with the fallout from the Cold War. That sucks. But that's OT, so I'll have to ban myself.) .

I don't know where everybody is, but we woodland creatures are hiding from Scooter under the couch in Leora's guest room, waiting for Scooter to leave. Belle will be leaving soon, as all the vacation girls do. While I'm still a mod, I'll see if we can hire some therapy experts for when our honey-pies leave RLC. I expect that we will all face this catastrophe to happen sooner or later to all of us, regardless of our favorite women. Leora showed up in time to nurse us Nora lovers when Nora first left, but I do not expect any new girls on vacation to show up to heal the heartbreak. If they do, then they will leave when their visas are up, and it will lead to a vicious recurring cycle of anguish for their loyal followers.

I agree. I hate PC myself. We've just got rules because of all the immature trolls who bust in from 4chan. But the word "ass" is an anatomical term and is certainly not against the rules. Feel free to use it in an appropriate manner, and we'll just hope the girls use their ass in an appropriate manner. Often.

The Old Dudes was essentially created to get a break from the 13-year-olds who are learning about their dicks,and the 45-year jack-offs who live in their mother's basement. It's more of a mental-age restriction. It allows people with cultural experience to make friends and share stuff from around the world as opposed to the Worldwide Politics section where people go to practice for the next World War. Old Dudes still my favorite forum on CC, and I hope to get back to it as soon as I retire from modding.

Maybe before I die, Quantum computers will be sold for cheap for home use; Camarads owners and the others will need to invest in 3-D cameras with odorama and vibration stimulators, and software engineers will have full employment for about a year. CC members will bitch at them to keep up with the technological transformation. After that, the quantums will write their own programs and dispense with us carbon-based life forms entirely. There will be no mods: surveillance will all be done by machines, which will read and understand everything you post. Even the bitching by supposed "others" will be fully simulated and contrived to challenge, support, or stimulate you, according to a government database. Oh wait. Our society is already pretty much there.

I don't do phones, but I do Linux and Windows platforms. Flash, believe it or nuts, is proprietary and is not included with Linux open-source browsers like Firefox, and RLC causes many problems on Ubuntu unless I use Chrome on it. All of my systems have 4 or 5 browsers installed on them, and the rendering is different on all of them. I'd rather have this stuff be open source and compatible. If Flash dies, I will drink a shot of Scotch in it's honor, and be glad to help bury it. (And so will a lot of code monkeys).

Post this .gif over at the Girls on Vacation thread on occasion. Maybe 50 times. It's always appropriate there, and it would replace the fricken' food fight comments.

Well, we could eliminate all the Rules if the membership so desires. Or, we could tighten up the rules so that only people wearing straight jackets can get into CamCaps. We could automatically ban anybody who is accused of being a troll, and we could do the same with the snowflakes that feed them by whining about how much they're picked-on by the "trolls." I wish we could be like the old days when there were no rules, and members had already learned how to post responsibly in the BBS and Usenet days. We Mods are not the all powerful fascist police force that some members think we are. We're just members who care about CamCaps, and our loyalty shows every time we taken action and then get beat up. We can admonish, help members with posting problems, and ban illegal posters. But we are unable to legislate FUN. That's up to the members.

Nope. And there isn't one for girls sawing themselves off, either. Such posts all inhabit the video and pix section for each apartment. However, Premium Members can see CC server links, and can easily create their own Blogs with the Blog function, add their pix and vids to that, and that would solve the problem. In the years I've been at CC, there have always been great female, lesbian, gay, bi, and transexual members and their contributions are appreciated. We at CamCaps are equal opportunity content hosts.

Do train bathrooms count in this poll? Back then, when we missed our stop, we had to call a friend on a pay phone to drive another 30 miles to pick us up. I caught hell from my friend for that. VHTV folks have it good. They're stationary. They obviously are not concerned about a conductor bothering them. Hence, no sense in rushing; they won't miss their stop. And they won't need to clean up the mess afterwards. Kinda like taking your kid to Chucky Cheese for a birthday.

Evidently your posts didn't work. kalevipoeg's system is not the problem; we can't see it and we're Premiums. I suggest you contact me or SC or Thestarider and we'll help you troubleshoot it. We like helping out. Really. The good thing is that the error message reminds me of the good ol' days of AmigaDos.

We once did these polls about the girls years ago, very often, but that was back when we had a choice of 5 or 6 RLC girls. It was easier then! Somebody's going to get left out; it's unavoidable. Thanks for putting this together, Thestarider. When we start including VV, VHTV, and Camarads girls in these posts, the poll itself will probably suck up 90% of the bandwidth on Earth.
