Now that we're back on topic, Adrianna is certainly worthy of respect. Good lady, here. It's difficult to be non-controversial on CamCaps, and she isn't. Maya's probably in the same league; I think so. And yes, Squirrel wrote the rules down with his quill pen just like Madison drafted the US Constitution. And TBG just enforces them with a Colt .45, just like Wyatt Earp did. And now, back on topic once again, ...

Looks like it might need some body work. Time to call in Maya...

Nora & Kiko ~ Pictures

Vika was certainly won of the classiest and most beautiful of all the RLC visitors. And, other than Meerkat, Agent Dog was certainly one of the smartest. -
We are getting reports from members saying that they cannot log on to CamCaps anymore once they switch to Win10 and Edge. They essentially think they've been banned when they have not. If this happens to you, switch to Firefox or Chrome, and let us know of your experiences. We are not the only site that is getting reports of errant behavior with Edge. For example: http://forum.bioware.com/topic/563032-problem-with-edge-browser/

Fashion moguls Nora & Kiko do this in order to promote their new line of non-matching socks. :D

Has World War 3 Already Begun?
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to itsme's topic in Worldwide Political Discussions
Generally, proxy wars are quasi-military operations determined entirely by diplomats. They are political holding-actions. As I recall, President Obama drew a red line when it comes to Syria. That red line now runs right through the Western Mediterranean. But I could be wrong. At this point it could be running through the Potomac River. The US has plenty of pieces, but it had no opening, no mid-game, and now has no end-game. The Russians always have taken Chess seriously. Obama is into college basketball predictions instead. I would warn my European friends that there is great danger afoot. -
Whelp, if this isn't going to be a "Postyourgirls.here" thread, we might as well talk about cars. This was my first car. $500, with 65K miles on it. 55 mpg. Rebuilt engine 2.5 times. Later installed overdrive. I could rebuild one of these puppies in the dark. Went through 15 girlfriends with it, married the last one. Drove it 25 years, over a million miles. Sorry, I only get "Invalid File" from PostImage.org, so you've got to be a paid member to see it. Hints: Brits will think I made a bet with Lucas, Prince of Darkness. They are right. And I won. 'Twas a native of Coventry. Easy to work on. (Not exactly my car, but close. Mine had wire wheels.)

Has World War 3 Already Begun?
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to itsme's topic in Worldwide Political Discussions
Personally, I've always considered WWIII to be the Cold War, WWIV to the the next war, and WWV to be the one that will be fought with sticks and stones. Regardless, anybody who thinks that another major war is impossible because nukes have made it too dangerous should learn a lesson from World War I. It's inevitable. Major powers are evaporating, cultural vacuums are being created, and they will be replaced. Been that way for 4 billion years of human evolution... Regarding Mark Levin's remarks about US border control; it controls only the people we'd want to have here anyway. Other than hassling these fine people with endless fees, regulations and paperwork, the US Government effectively enforces no border controls in the United States. -
We've got a few viewpoints here, and nobody is yelling at each other like they did with the Apple vs IBM or Commodore vs Atari days. Very cool. As for Windows: I know I will switch over to Win10; it's inevitable. I need to be compatible with the business world, and cannot afford a proper Apple installation. Plus, I like to tinker with stuff, and there's about 10 billion programs for Windows available with which to play. As for Linux: It's secure as hell compared to Windows. The user interfaces on many of the free programs are not as good as Windows or Apple; but they do everything: I even run LibreOffice on my Win systems so that all my computers are compatible and can format text the same way. Linux also doesn't spin the hell out of the drive, works very concisely, quickly and efficiently, and my battery time on my ASUS laptop more than doubled when I switched to Linux. Plus, you can rebuild the system from a mirror for free, and not have to go through living hell to get it re-certified. As for Apple: Lower your damn prices. Thank you. And don't force me to go into the resource editor to do things. I like to tinker, my way. I want an I-pad, even though I'm a full-keyboard kinda guy. They are fricking useful. The simply fact is that we benefit not just from each of these operating systems, since they all have their weaknesses and strengths, but from the fact that they are competing. Needless to say, if you erased Unix and Linux based servers from the world tomorrow, you'd find your Apple or Windows systems to be shut off from nearly all of the Internet.

New Girls / Old Girls??
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to albacore's topic in Nora & Kiko (10/01/15 - 10/18/15)
Darkman is on target... Let's just say that Miss Tattoo is a very, very long time associate of Nora's. Study her face and you'll see what I'm getting at. She visited often in their old apartment. I'm not big on tattoos, but she's got a spunky fun personality & I kinda like that in a woman. -

:shithappens: Occasionally I get a PM requesting removal of a member's post, and I have no problem going in and removing the post. Just PM me or the other mods, tell us what section it's in and it's reply number, and we'll be happy to remove it. We're here to help. It's not like we spend all of our time slaughtering trolls, although that's great fun, too. Bitch about N&K all you want, but these two, along with Maya & Stephen, work together really well as a couple. No chasing about with sharp objects like Gina & Isabel, no shake & quake and yelling like Yarik and Taya, and no medics responding because someone tripped and felling during an argument, like Alma & Stefan. So here we have roses, a little love note, a French press, and candles laid out in the shape of a heart. Looks like N&K are having a second honeymoon to me now that the Barbie Dolls have vacated the building... (Attachment Purged) -
The nice thing about tasting different flavors of Linux is that I've got a machine available; it's absolutely free, and they are easy as hell to install, set up, and reinstall compared to Windows. Windows requires a significant investment of time in order to get it up and running. That's why I haven't upgraded to Win10, even though I now have this damn nagware icon on my task bar.

N&K were married years ago. The thrill may not be gone, but it's certainly tamed. Send over Leora for Kiko and Mario to service Nora and I'll bet we'd get quite a different scene. :P -
So far, RLC has been going for a mix of traditional with experimental, hoping to appeal to a wide range of tastes. I think that's a good idea.

The city/suburb locations have all been known since about Day 1 of CamCaps. But that doesn't preclude us from having fun...
-
Or we could be wrong and it could be in Detroit or East LA. What difference does it make, anyway? :idk: (Unlike the other possible locations, Area 51 gets its pizza delivery via flying saucers. This would explain Leora's interest in watching UFO documentaries on TV. Keep looking for phone numbers on pizza boxes -- they alone will lead to the truth...)

I agree with what you say, but in my particular case, my XP is safer to use than my Linux computer -- because the network board driver is corrupted and it's not hooked up to the Internet. It just has some proprietary business software that would cost a $1,000 to replace on a new system. When the OS finally gives up, it will be a Linux box. I'm scoping out a new dream computer, and trying to determine whether I should go to a beefy desktop with Win10 installed, or just add another high-end laptop to my collection, or just update my current Win7 Ultimate HP to Win10 Pro. HP laptops run hot, and this graphics board sucks, so I don't think this up-gradable machine could make very good use of Win10's features. Plus, I'm in a quandary about switching from Ubuntu to Mint on my Linux machine. The price of technology is that it complicates and does not simplify. In the old days, the only decision necessary when I bought a new computer was to max out the RAM to the full 48K. Easy decision. (Pricey, but still wise.)

Novosibirsk time right now is 9 a.m. Krasnoyarsk time right now is 10 a.m. The cameras at the M&S and L&P apartments are set to 10 a.m. Of course, there is another little town that they possibly live in. Recent findings conclude that they might be living in Krasnoyarnoraskovichburg, which is centered directly between Krasnoyarsk, Novosibrisk, and Area 51. Here's a picture of their apartment that our CC member Agent Dog discovered during his research:
