  1. This takes forever to watch, but both of these men were musicians of talent, doing gigs. Only those around 60 will know who they are. So this is for us old guys...
  2. I don't know, but the girl in the red dress was music to my ears!
  3. Some couples look like they work with each other: others look like they shouldn't stay together. Some become soul mates as they mature, others are just with each other for their own sexual or emotional gratification. Vote your opinion. Or you will incur my squirrely wrath. 8)
  4. I believe that Manelet once posted a copy of an "help-wanted" advertisement for RLC that was looking for couples in Spain. The rent was part of the employment deal. In Barcelona, with the current economy, it would be an enticing offer for young exhibitionists. If you don't like a couple, just don't click. I am certain that RLC watches the metrics carefully (easily done) for each couple.
  5. This subject should be a poll. Our views are different But I agree that Katya is not disabled, at least physically. Not with a body and a face like that!
  6. You might be correct. I'll have to see L&P's pulled out all the way to compare.
  7. A) They are believed to be students. B) I just saw Efim lovingly polish his bass. I doubt he would bother if it was just an RLC prop. C) I had a girlfriend who owned one. These are expensive instruments. She played for a big city philharmonic orchestra. I never heard her practice, ever. (Of course, when I was around, she enjoyed performing with my skin flute, instead! ;D )
  8. The theory is that they're not far from St. Petersburg, which has a low temperature today of 2 degrees C, or 35.6 degrees F. Add to that wind chill and their slender body mass, and I'd dress warm, too. I believe someone spotted a pizza box at Angela's apartment, and traced the location. For some reason, pizza boxes are a terrific source of information for us, as I believe both Spanish and Siberian locations were also confirmed by pizza boxes in the past. I'll pull out the thread if I can find it in the archives.
  9. A senior member already nailed the city, but I forgot the name of the town and which thread it was in. Suffice to say, it's in North-West Russia. The oddest part to me is that the Siberians have no problem walking around nude half the time, even in winter.
  10. There are several threads pertaining to RLC's enforcement of the DMCA. In addition to the left hand ID number, there is embedded a subtle braille-like watermark encoding that appears every 15-20 seconds in the middle of the screen. Search for threads containing the terms DMCA,TechFashion, RLC is busy, Braille. Somewhere is a post in which it was first noticed by one of our genius computer wizards. In other words, everything on the net is being tracked by the NSA and any commerical enterprises who wish to protect their intellectual property. (As if Goon Boy is "intellectual property! ;D )
  11. Nope, missed it. :'(
  12. The difference between now and then is that now days my pusher is a pharmacist and none of the drugs are particularly fun.
  13. See, I was right! It IS a soccer term! ;D
  14. Face it: Leora could be watching a tiddlywinks championship game, and we'd all still be drooling over her. Why would anyone watch soccer when they can watch her instead? AND WTF is up with Paul?! (PS: Everyone should give a -1 to Nij. He's a man with a goal. Unlike Goon Boy.)
  15. Alas, we are left with fond memories. But we're not dead. That, alone, often amazes me.
  16. ??? Dilligaf? Is that a soccer term? I mean, here's a game where you win if you tie, and you can actually tie. And you can actually play it all day and not score anything. I liked to watch it when my sons were little boys; they ran their little asses off and had a good time. But then, one day our team had to play against a white trash team, with their cigar smoking mothers cussing and screaming. I though these assholes were going to tear our heads off. Maybe soccer is a not a -contact sport; but being a "futbol" spectator certainly is. Gimme baseball, basketball, or cribbage. I know the rules, and there's never a tie game. Somebody wins; somebody loses. It's still going to take a while for Americans to accept soccer; but I'm still happy that FIFA pleases so many people around the world. Just don't kill each other over it.
  17. Face the fact: the World is very big, and filled with fucking hell-holes. Humans love, dance, build stuff, destroy stuff, kill each other. It's not going to change anytime soon. And welcome to a remake of 1938, coming to a street near you. Really soon. Have a nice fucking day.
  18. Yes, I'm aware of this. Haven't seen a stethoscope. Still, she has a career, which is more than we can say for most RLC tenants. If she indeed is taking ballet classes, I would love to see her practice in her living room. She can be fully clothed: I don't care. I was happy to see Nora laughing in her dowdy house-clothes while she worked on puzzles. I guess I'm just easily pleased by such beautiful women. Anything beats clicking on Goon Boy.
  19. van & linked: Your statements are thoughtful, well written, and important. Historically, it is perfectly fine to do precise surgery to fix a problem. Reagan knew this after getting burned once. Grenada, etc. Thatcher did that against an Argentine dictator. Short, and conclusive. That's rare with a long-term problem like the Middle East. This case is like Nazi Germany and the Japanese Imperial government. War, in such a situation, can only lead to peace through something other than diplomacy and politics. War is all about extreme violence. It takes dedication, brilliant generals, and hard miserable work by little people like us. Japan & Germany are prime examples of how wars should be properly executed. They were leveled by the Allies. They were rebuilt from scratch. They transformed themselves into the leading economies in the world. This is how to properly to fight a war, and it should be accepted as a truth: If you must go to war, you must conquer. Or you will be conquered.
  20. Linked: Thank you for your service to our Republic, our Constitution, its citizens, and your brothers who also took up arms to defend human liberty.
  21. Even with the number cropped off, they still have a way of identifying you. I seriously doubt the fluctuating Braille code and the number at the bottom left corner is the only way of watermarking or retrieving encoded information. A simple series of pixels, once manipulated, could encode more information than a hundred German Enigma or Japanese Purple machines.
  22. She works something close to what we call "swing shift." He doesn't work. He just goes for military training, which we call "National Guard." Leora is just a young, devastatingly pretty, demure woman. We call her a "Classical Greek Goddess." We are certainly correct on our last assumption. :-* :P :-* :P :-* :-* :-*
  23. "Leora" will be fine. She is a beautiful young woman, is smart, and can draw a bunny. I can't draw without an alphabet. Also, Leora is loved by many around the world, as was Nora. And, like Nora, maybe it's time for her to consider getting the fuck out of RLC. I'd hate to see her go, as I did with our beloved Nora, but it would be in their best interest to do so if they wish to have a viable future. As would little squirrel when he leaves CC. If these wonderful women could reach out over the internet, and kill this little squirrel, they would be doing me a favor.
  24. I'm not sure what's going on here, but the fastest way for a man to get out of the "dog house" is with long stem roses and chocolate. Good for him. He ain't stupid.
  25. How to tell when you cross over the state line from California to Nevada? That's easy. Your car stops bouncing around and you don't need to replace the shocks or suspension after all.
