Live Streams of Breaking News Events
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to itsme's topic in Worldwide Political Discussions
Some of us are not thrilled with the behavior of North Korea, either. It appears to be the largest concentration and death camp ever engineered. Those people have no way to protect themselves from their tyrannical government, either. -

The history of tyranny for does not merely live in the past. Sadly, it often repeats itself when the citizens cede all their coercive rights to the coercive power of a centralized few. In a Constitutional Republic, it is the citizens who are the ultimate sovereigns. If you do not have freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom to publish, economic liberty and freedom to defend yourself, and you do as demanded by the government or mere gangsters, you are a slave, and if you are defenseless and considered a pest, then the Almighty Leaders will find some way to dispose of you.* Remember --- In the United States, individual rights are not granted by the Government. Nor are they granted by the US Constitution. The Constitution only ACKNOWLEDGES these rights as being intrinsic to the natural state of human beings. Notice also, that the Constitution does not reference these rights as being granted by Allah, Jehova, Yahweh or the Cosmic Muffin. *Foamy will bet 10 virtual pecans that none of you here know where the biggest concentration camp of World War II was located. Good luck with the historical research. -
Barcelona News
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to Foamy T. Squirrel's topic in Worldwide Political Discussions
I'd really not like to see any of our beloved Barcelona tenants get hurt. If you have opinions about Spanish politics, inform us. My only problem is that I won't be buying the Shôko Barcelona Club this week. --- -

Voyeur-House.TV - Part 1
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to StnCld316's topic in VHTV - General Discussion (11/01/16)
1) We get Mod reports often about negativity that is constantly repeated in someone's comments. You folks don't see these, but we must deal with them on a constant basis. We are not paid. 2) We don't wish to throttle anyone at CC, but it would be useful if we worded our constructive criticism so that it would not appear to be an insult. 3) VHTV has been very generous in working with us. They don't have to be so kind. They could turn us off just like RLC did. As a saying in English goes: "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth." -

Everyone: Please understand that continually negative and repetitive posts are annoying to others, and when it causes problems with the membership, it is against our Rules. Also understand that US citizens take "freedom of speech" far more seriously than nearly all nations, but that our 1st Amendment to our Constitution restricts the right of the government to limit the freedom of speech. This was done so that a ruling party would no be able to silence its opposition. Private individuals, organizations, a business are not restricted by this law because they have no coercive powers, and individuals may simply go elsewhere with their business or start their own group if they wish. Thank you. -
Julia & Eric - Chat Comments, Quotes
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to Noldus's topic in Julia & Eric (12/31/16 - 02/04/19)
Perhaps RLC should have named her Natasha. You know, tall, sleek, dark-haired Russian vixen. But then we'd have to come up with a new stage-name for Eric... any ideas? -
We generally don't like the tenants REAL names to be released, because it can lead to creepy people harassing the tenants' social accounts. I'll make an exception for Scooter, because I want to see how long it will take for some CC clown to find Scooter's Facebook account. Good luck on that one... At the minute of this posting it is 34 degrees F (1 degree C) in Krasnoyarsk. I don't know about you, but I'd stay inside and cuddle up with the goddess.

Julia & Eric - Chat Comments, Quotes
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to Noldus's topic in Julia & Eric (12/31/16 - 02/04/19)
I find her to be intriguing and she has the third bunny I've ever seen on RLC. That's 10 points in her favor. Alma, Anabel, and now Julia -- these are the bunny owners. Bunnies are just cute rats, but people love them for some reason. Maya & Stepan may have had a bunny but they also had a snake so if they had a bunny it did not last long. The bunny is important because without the bunny, Julia would be utterly depressed and would make us depressed, too. Other than free RLC rent, she's got nothing but the bunny and our love. The woman needs to get out, get a real job, and interact with real people. Then she'll perk up when she comes home to take care of the bunny and her CC fans. -
I remember when the Kink's song was forced to change from Coke to just "cola." Some sort of ridiculous UK law. Here we go again. https://techcrunch.com/2017/09/26/how-europes-changes-to-copyright-law-will-affect-america/

That doesn't sound like breast augmentation to me. I think it's a little abdominal problem they can't afford to have because they're bad at money management. Money management, in the US, is generally the leading cause of divorces, incidentally. -
The NFL and the National Anthem
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to Thestarider's topic in Worldwide Political Discussions
If I want some clown to jack off with his/her/its political group-think, I'll watch political shows on the TV, Radio, or read magazines and blogs. If I want to pay money or sit through commercial advertisements in order to watch Sports, I want Sports. Got it? It's that simple. (Old saying: "Never discuss politics or religion in mixed company." In the US, this doubly holds true for large family gatherings at the Thanksgiving Day dinner. There is a reason for that.) -
I'm considering establishing a new CC Rule: The reading of "The Sorrows of Young Werther" by Goethe (aka: " Die Leiden des jungen Werters" von Goethe) will not be tolerated among CamCaps members. We can't afford to lose you, and I'm sure Leora would not want her fan club to diminish. Besides, I would not be surprised if she already read the book in Russian or even the original German. It's OK to read " Doctor Zhivago" by Boris Pasternak or watch the movie, even though it was banned by the CCCP and needed to be smuggled out of Russia, risking lives. And it's just a love story. Leora would love it, and I'll bet she would cry buckets of tears if she hasn't had access to it yet. Leora was obviously born too late for me and not in my forest. Dammit. But I'm not going to commit suicide or insult Paul for such unfortunate circumstances!

Or maybe I'll get into watching women's beach volleyball. It's not politics yet. I hope. It's just good ol' fashion Ancient Greek appreciation of the human body and athletics. Yes. That's what I'll do... -
North Korea Fires Missile Over Japan
Foamy T. Squirrel replied to StnCld316's topic in Worldwide Political Discussions
I think it's dangerous for a dictatorship which operates the largest concentration camp ever seen on the face of the Earth to have any sort of nuclear weapons. The Russians and Chinese should be embarrassed to have that monstrosity as a client state. Their Kimmy Puppet rulers have been as utterly despicable and inhuman as were Hitler, Stalin, and Mao.
