Ugh, very sorry guys this happened today. We didn't expect it to take this much time and we weren't prepared properly too. So our data center guys decided to move some of equipment to other locations, that's why we were cut off for some time. Yes, there won't be recordings in Timeline for what happened during the time the streams were offline. That's not like NVR/DVR kind of things.

Did you submit support ticket on this? If not, please contact us, we will run a test to determine your connection speed to our servers

You should have mentioned us, because we could miss your message here. Yes, this is definately planned. VHTV will become much bigger this and next years, so we do plan to introduce pay-per-channel option. You will be able to choose which Houses you'd like to watch and will be paying for access to them only. And regarding your comment on price, latest change of price was done in May, long before apartment of Stacy, Xenia, Gary & Dora was introduced. That time we had around 10-11 Houses online, now we have 13. So, you don't pay more than you should, you benefit from current pricing, actually :) Even if you're subscribed at latest price. If you subscribed at the earlier prices, well, that's even better for you. I can't give exact dates you will be able to choose which Houses to follow, but that's in our plans for sure.

Hey @Maturin, Thank you for your idea. We did consider this when we launched, but not for the bandwidth, just to reduce the amount of equipment installed. The case is, we don't lack any bandwidth at all. Our streaming infrastructure has much more bandwidth in reserve and we never experience problems because of the lack of bandwidth. We at VHTV may experience problems when some of server equipment fails somewhere in our nodes which located in different countries. But basically, no, we don't need more bandwidth, as some of our viewers like to say. The reason for lags for some of users is their ISP connection and connection reliability between their ISP servers and our data-centers. The second option for that is that their connection is... shitty. Our single stream takes about 1.6mbs for end-user. So if end-user's connection speed is around1.5-5mbps, that would be not enough, considering background processes on PC, other streams, web browsing, Spotify, etc. That applies to some of states in US and Australia clients. For them we're preparing something great to give them a chance to enjoy VHTV even with bad internet connection they have, or if you're on cellular connection wherever you are. Hopefully, we will introduce these changes by the end of this year. Hey, we switch free cams from time to time, so be sure not to miss it next time. Maybe one of your favorite cameras locked for you now will be available for free sometime in the future.

Hey everyone, As promised, new cameras were added to Alex & Anna, Bree & Drew apartment today. Mira & Henry, as you, our dear viewers here, called them, leave apartment tomorrow. We have offered them to join VHTV as participants in the future, so it is possible you meet them at your screens anytime in the future. Drew & Bree plan to arrive today. So expect changes to begin tonight.

Why didn't you report this to our Support team? It clearly looks like a bug with either software or camera. For gods sake, please do let us know via priority line, we could have missed it in forums and never fix it. Our team investigates the problem at the moment.

We both know they won't hide on purpose. As our participant living under cameras, we want them to be comfortable, that's why they do use all the space in their own apartments. And yes, you a right, we promised more cameras to this apartment, and the cameras are on their way over there. Hopefully we install them by the end of this month or at the beginning of the next one. Just a short comment on these so we could continue watching the same old rant. It's up to participants on whom to invite, who to be friends or foe with, and if they would like anybody to guest at their place. We do, however, have power to change everything, though we don't use it unless emergency case may happen (you know we did such interesting episodes in our less-than-a-year lifespan). This includes the apartments to live in. For sure we know everyone wants to see multi-bedroom apartments with lots of space to live in. Our participants, with their managers, hovewer, choose for themselves where they will live, for comfort sake. Your feedback is very appreciated, and we will enlarge our current and future Houses, but we can't promise it straight away, as every setup is very unique. By the way, James won't be our participant anymore. That is the decision of their managers which we support. We did not cover this in the latest newsletter, but will note this in the newsletter to come this week. Lisa stays at A&A place until new apartment is set up. At least one apartment is going LIVE this week already. Stay updated, and let the flame go on :-)

We will shut the apartment and will use the equipment to launch new one with new participants. We can't say if current participants will participate in the future for now.

We were talking about sex Gary & Dora were trying to start, but failed this time too. We referred to Archive moments as there were videos made by @golfer06 about this exact moment, but we had to draw these videos back because of somekind of failure - they aren't playable and we had to hide them because of this and will delete them because these videos could not be saved for technical reason. Seems like this apartment gets no luck at all.

We were told by Zoi & Tim, who lurk through the forum and receive our feedback from time to time, that they plan to have threesome with their red girlfriend sooner or later. So try not to miss it when it happens eventually. It seems like they lure her into their nets, so it may happen any night from now.
