  1. They are moving. They should get back this weekend already from new location. Spolier: it's very cozy. And now to very important things. Does anybody experience any streaming problems at the moment? If you do, we would need you to let our support managers to access your PC remotely via remote access software, which we tell about via Support tickets, when nothing helps. Again, I confirm, that there are no global issues with VHTV streaming, neither at NA continent, or EU. That's why complaints from 3-4 users here are very individual cases we would like to resolve at once.   2. All the issues have been responded by now. If you feel like you don't receive assistance from VHTV Support team, just leave your ticket # here or anywhere else mentioning our account, so we could investigate into this. As for now, we don't experience either global or individual issues with live streaming, timeline playback, archive moments playback. The only actual problem running at the moment is apartment of Maria & Mari. It is caused by local ISP and our local representatoves are working with them to resolve it.
  3. The issues we ran into withing last 4 days were very new to us. Long before that, the only issues we may had were either global, which were resolved within 2-3 hours max., or issues for North American customers, which were resolved by the end of 2017, when we introduced NA infrastructure and it resolved all the problems we are aware of. The thing with latest buffering issues was caused by the fact that we changed the way we deliver the content. And we will leave new tech live for everybody. The problem was that we ran into extreme load at our servers due to the lack of optimization and consecutive things which lead to a lot of problems. We are sorry that our customers had to experience these issues with us, and we gave away free access for several days to those users who sent us reports and helped resolving more and more issues within last days. Now the storm is finally over, and we're back on track making changes to our new streaming experience.
  4. Please be sure to include screenshots from your console and network tabs in browser when reporting problems. As for now we don't have any global issues and we investigate every new ticket in person from the ground.

  9. This is a serious issue we have with Archive indeed. The update(s) to Archive Moments section is coming, which will resolve most of navigations problems we all have at the moment.
  10. Okay, now i get it. Yes, there was an error caused by the lockdown. The process of emergency lockdown is not that smart at the moment, but that's the thing we will improve in recent future for sure.
  11. Additional announcement from us. We are aware that the service slowed down in terms of speed of delivery of streams to end-users. As these are not that much visible, we all can notice them, compared to the time when there were no delays at all. I want everyone to bear with us and make sure that we will not only restore the same speeds, but will improve them a lot. There's nothing broken or any errors exist. The reason is that we're moving to absolutely new content delivery technology, which will bring VHTV to all-new level of speed quality. I guess some of you may have a clue what this will be, but this are the changes that will help all the clients with low bandwidth connection, as well as to the clients with "i live in data center" connection speeds too. So, hold on, report any errors you may encounter, and we will do our best for you not to wait this much. J.
  12. Hey everyone, We are deeply sorry for what happened last night. Despite nobody's harmed, that was not the first time this person caused trouble at VHTV. Now he's kicked out of the project, his managers were fined for that happened. VHTV
  13. Sorry, but what do you mean? Everything should be alright at the moment. That just doesn't make any sense.
  14. Existing loyal customers can always continue watching VHTV even if their country is locked for views. As soon as you have active subscription at VHTV we provide full Premium service. That is it. It is locked for new guest users. We know it's frustrating at the moment, so expect us to introduce changes to this system during this year. It will be all different.

  16. Hey Amy, I see your messages, sorry for ignoring you. I just kinda out of time now to reply to all of them. Please expect me to get back to schedule by weekend, lots of traveling involved at the moment. As lots of going on at VHTV taking all the attention. J
  17. Hey everyone, Preview feature is out in its first public version. We have already started gathering your valuable feedback on it and we're watching how users use it real time too. Coming next is that: we will make an option to show it under camera view, so it won't clutter the valuable space. We are also considering adding selection of timeout in secs for previews to stay on screen after you put mouse cursor away or it stays inactive within it. This is just a beginning, there's lots of stuff to do ahead within this feature and expect new releases within these weeks too.

  20. Ugh, @broxman, you definitely wouldn't doubt cancelling your subscription today. We just ended contract with Freddy. We wish him the best luck and to be more polite with landlords who lend him space to live in. Turns out, he wanted to trick landlord or something like that.
