  2. We had 40 minute long problem at EU. Sorry for that, fixed by now.
  3. Yes. As far as they explained, Sid remains guest at all these apartments. He's not yet established participants and will appear time to time. We didn't take part into making Gay version of VHTV logo here at CamCaps, it was community-driven and we totally support it. I'm unaware why this logo was removed, maybe by mistake. Hopefully, @StnCld316 will clarify this.

  7. Based on multiple report on aggressive behavior, we decided to end our contract with Arnie & Karla. Guys will leave today, let's wish them the best luck in their relationship. New participants will board the house within a week. Stay updated, we will announce newbie's arrival later.

  10. Hey everyone, It's our fault we initialized the removing process and did not comment in the meantime. First of all, the comments you mentioned are not deleted, they are hidden. So anytime we get reverse request from apartment managers, we will ask CamCaps staff to restore comments to appropriate threads. The situation is both funny and understandable, I hope. The lover's triangle was kept secret between participants mentioned in this topic, until the truth came out (surprise, yeah?). Embarrassed and confused, you know what happened next. They broke up for several days, Stas left apartment for a week and got back again. We received request from participants and their managers to remove the hints to this story just because it hurts these people feelings and they don't want to remember it. As much our Archives are made for viewers to watch, the same Archives are being watched by participants too. We don't see any problem into helping guys forget about the story happened, despite they started it. With hope for understanding from CamCaps members. Let's stay human. By the way, I see someone mentioned here, that this isn't the first time we tried to remove or hide something within the threads at CamCaps. I must say this is not true. This is the first time we ever asked CamCaps stuff to hide some posts from public access, so in case you feel like some other messages were lost some time, I recommend requesting help via CamCaps support.   16. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We got BIG news for our US viewers, who are celebrating this day. Yesterday we launched live streaming infrastructure in US, and since yesterday, all US viewers are being connected to local, fast data centers. Today we went ahead and pushed Archive Moments and Archive Timeline via new US infrastructure too, so the experience for US is now on absolutely new level. And you know what? We did think about Free users too, so they won't have any lags or low-quality switching in US at all. Right now we need your attention to the quality and speed of streaming. All our US customers, please don't hesitate to report any issues you may have with connection to VHTV, as we are very focused right now on optimization of this infrastructure to fit our needs and needs of our customers. We know we've been not that active lately at CamCaps, but we will get back on a track with it now. During our absence we've been busy preparing these and many other things to be announced soon. 2018 will be a crazy year for all of us, and we're doing the best to squeeze everything out of 2017 by the end of this year.   19. You say it were transactions from unknowns. How do you connect is with Verotel? Just to make sure it's not us or Verotel either, please forward the same details to our Support. Our team will take a look in our logs to see if there's anything related to you and, if you provide some clue that that was Verotel who tried processing unidentified transactions, we can ask Verotel about this.
