  1. 2. Yes, tenant can have no free cams 3. Simply because subscribers choose better, paid angle to watch the stream. There may always be a share of subscribers who watch action from free cams, but that's a on-purpose flaw by design accepted both by participants and us.
  2. That's what we said, but in other words, you know :D But thanks for your feedback!
  3. 1. No, they need to approve their decision with us. In most cases we proceed, in some cases we suggest either keeping as it was or picking other cam to become free. 2. Didn't quite get your question. It's basically up to tenant or manager to decide which cameras will be free and which will stay locked. The quantity of both doesn't matter. 3. I tried, but didn't get this question. Please elaborate. Free cameras are dedicated for guest viewers to make decision if they would like to watch more of it with paid cameras or they don't.
  4. ISP problems. As ISP is unresponsive this time, we will keep it offline by local morning time until the problem is resolved. Sorry for that.
  5. I did read your comments, as well as your personal messages and IMs too. I did answer to your messages too. I'm not sure what can I do to make VHTV's position more clear to you.
  6. The announcements are all optional, in fact, for both sides. Participants either announce anything or they don't. If they ask us to post something to our Twitter feed - we do. If they don't, well, nobody asked for it in the first place. For user perspective it's absolutely up to viewer to either learn about upcoming events in any apartment or not to do it. As I said, you want it stay voyeur - watch it as voyeur. Would you like some extra? Go for it.
  7. Hey Sparkles, Thank you for sharing this archive link. I will forward it to our team to run some investigations on that particular video and I will get back to you. J
  8. So why would you learn about something to happen? You do read participants plan on purpose after all. We don't make it obligatory thing to do, that's why the feed is below all the live and timeline streaming.
  9. But you had your response, why are you saying this? Please don't try to blame us because you didn't get the exact response you wanted to receive or the result you were chasing to get. It's wrong thing to do from my point of view. Nothing changed from the moment we've replied to free cams discussions.
  10. Short answer - no, we are not going to introduce salary base for anybody at VHTV. That will make us the same as other websites within voyeur industry, and we'd better to stay this unique. Everybody is getting their share, no matter what's happening. But if nobody watches any particular apartment - these don't get the money they could earn, that's as simple as fair to everybody else.
  11. I'm sorry but all of your comments are losing constructive thread at all after this comment. If it's all about ranting, I will leave it be. If you want something to change, please provide your suggestions.
  12. Hey @Thestarider, thank you for your kind feedback and support! You are awesome! We decided to name ourselves voyeur just because it's about voyeurism in a core. As stated in this message, it is still voyeur, and it won't change. By the cam shows, do you mean webcamming some of participants do? Why isn't that voyeur? From webcam perspective this is show, from voyeur perspective it's webcam actor's life exposed to everyone watching them in real time. In fact, I've been thinking about alternative naming for VHTV, but haven't come up with one for now. What I'm sure about is that we won't change anytime in recent future, but some adjustments may appear to make it more catchy.
  13. Dear all! We're sorry for inconvenience our service stopped for some time for some of our European viewers. We're working hard to fix it ASAP. One of our data-centers caught cold for a little bit, we're warming it up with our gentle kicks and hot jar of tea! Cheers!
  14. Dear Amy, unfortunately it's physically impossible to answer all the messages I get. There are lots, and most of customer's messages are being forwarded to Support, just because I've built processes to run feedback like yours through Support system too. I understand you want personal approach, but i'm as human as you are, and despite my will i won't be able to answer all of them. I do, sometimes, but that's something I never stated as possibility or obligation to answer all the messages personally, sorry. Hope for understanding. We got a very big team of great personalities at VHTV working worldwide. They are there to listen and help. In cases they can't help you may really get "generic" answers everyone hates (including me), but that's something to be improved too. In some bright future.
  15. What do you mean by quality? What you see at VHTV is all about difference. Difference between people, difference between places they live in. Yes, I understand what you're talking about, and we're working on making it possible to get our apartment image level higher. Please forward your feedback on cameras quality and positions to Support. I don't say you "can't" share it here, but the only way we could improve that particular thing is by running a process which begins from customer feedback on cameras being sent to Support. Behind the curtains our tech team reviews it and applies it if these suggestions found correct. I'm sorry to hear that, but it's about viewer's perception. Aren't camgirls real? Don't they live their life? Come on, who are you or anybody to judge whose life is more real than others? Well, the answer is always the same. If viewer doesn't like what he sees and no improvement to be seen by him or her, consider cancelling or not subscribing at all. Again, the lives streamed fit so well to be discussed, hated and liked, that's why there's CamCaps existing where people do it. We don't stage parties, we don't persuade people to make something happen and we will never do. We saw one example of thing similar to what you described happening recently at Otto & Lola apartment. We have run investigation into that with their managers and did not find connection between sex acts and money handed to participants. We're paying attention to these participants since then. If you know about other similar incidents took place at VHTV, please let us know immediately via Support. Again, nothing stops you from doing it here, in fact, please do, but don't forget to forward your evidence to Support team for us to run investigation. It is extremely important to attach evidence like video-cuts, screenshots, timeline links or anything which can be considered as evidence for us to see. Without that we can't consider these statements facts. Hope you understand. We don't press anybody to have sex with anybody. It has been stated multiple times since the Day 1 of our existence. Surely, everybody's free to share his or hers opinion on what's happening, but our approach stays the same. To understand that you need to put yourself in manager's boots. Manager is the one who rents the apartment, buys or rents the equipment, hires people, pays utility bills and holds responsibility of what's happening inside his or hers apartments. These conditions may be different within different apartment-managers relations, but it's basically as it is. Manager is the one who's getting paid to in order to distribute it within their participants. Both manager and participant have their own personal access to the stats, that reflect the money they earn. Again, there are examples of some apartment at VHTV where participants are managers on their own. I guess that my message here could cover your statement. That is covered here It's not, for sure. We are responsible for the service we provide. Absolutely. That's why we pay so much attention to that. You want violence to never happen? We do too, but it's out of this world's reality, unfortunately. Meanwhile we will continue working on preventing these things to happen, and if they do - we will continue taking measures about it.
  16. First of all, there's not respect or disrespect thing. Every user at VHTV is the same. The only difference one user can make is contribute with his/hers feedback to us and willingness to make us better, which you do, so I can only thank you a million times for that. We don't try to pretend or state that we stream real voyeur thing. You know, people under our cameras actually know that they are being streamed, which, basically, makes it not-that-voyeur from the beginning. I know what you're talking about is mostly about announcements of thing to happen in the most recent future, which i fully understand as "staged" perspective. For us it's not. We see it as people would like to share their plans on upcoming time to be spent. They don't script their days, we don't run the scripts too, neither do managers. It's just about people that would like their plans to be shared and we don't mind it. In fact, from viewer perspective - it's all optional. Do you want to max out voyeurism? Watch the streams. Do you want to be aware of things to happen within given timeframe? Scroll down to see our twitter feed. That's easy and it's up to you what would you like it to be. Our main goal in the future is to give viewers ability to customize VHTV experience to their needs and preferences. It's still a long way to achieve that, but we're constantly working on that.
  17. You mean user-visible guideline? That's a good idea, btw, we may be sharing it to FAQ section, thank you. Basically, it's managers responsibility of following the guidelines. Our chain is VHTV - Managers - Participants. If participants break any rules - manager's is being fined or is given an option to kick these participants or we disconnect the apartment at all. Fines may be applied multiple times if they break rules multiple times. Each time the fine is more and more "sensitive" as I may say, considering the first fine is not that small in case of violent behavior. We at VHTV pay lot of attention to these incidents, as they happen time to time, just because people under the cameras are real people, just like anybody here. Our 24/7 monitoring reacts as quickly as possible to: 1) Prevent these actions 2) Stop these actions to prevent additional harm being done in case something started 3) Shut the streaming of this particular apartment down not to disturb our viewers experience. So that's quite all about it.
  18. Yeah, i did read all of these. In fact, I asked you direct questions. It would be great if you could answer them to make it clear for us in order to help you
  19. Could you please elaborate some of these? What is your point? What could you suggest improving? Kindly asking not to try converting my messages to something you want it to be. What is being said in the original message does not slightly reflect your latest comment.
  20. Doing great, thanks for asking. You? Just wanted to add to the latest comments at this thread, that nobody will ever say good things about any business. If it's working for them - people stay/use/purchase the product, and there will be silence of customer satisfaction. So there's always negative feedback cruising around, which is the thing people will always share. Of course, it doesn't mean this should be ignored or something like that, no, of course not. It's just about some people always adding things like "you see all the other subscribers complaining". The truth is, not all of them (in that case we would shut down, I guess), but every feedback matters. And we're listening to our users, no matter what subscription status they have, and take notes to improve in the future. J
  21. Sorry, it was a small storm cloud passing by. Everything is alright now.
  22. Hey @zoifan, thank you and other users for letting us know about this issue. The investigation is being run at the moment. What we know so far is that he did it hidden out of cameras, and then we get this scene of him walking with bruised hand. We can only imagine the reasons of that behavior, but it may be caused by "love drama" happening there. Nevertheless, despite Sid did not break participation rules, we may consider terminating our relations with him as participant. Give us some time to end investigation and resolve this situation. We don't support this kind of behavior and we really see it as Sid let us down doing this thing. Sorry you had to see the results of this.
  23. How is it a case? Why do you think someone is more important than the others? I don't get your message here, could you please elaborate how closing one free camera in one apartment could possibly affect other apartments? Considering that Mira & Henry, basically, cut off one of the ways they could get more viewers from new-coming guests to VHTV.
  24. Let us give some clarification on discussion about removing free cameras at Mira & Henry apartment. Apart of what have been told here, that there's so much interesting happening in a living room (@Mira&Henry, you guys are crazy!) and there is no benefit left for participants there to run any activity under living room cameras if they stay free, there's one important thing to consider: It's paying members who pay for Free users watching free cameras without paying. There were some discussion on what is fair and what is not, but we don't see any issue with this decision. This camera is now closed for free members, and it will stay like this. Despite some comments that it will harm revenue, the viewership rates and everything else related to that - the answer is no. That was an experiment for us, and it turned great. Yes, we got so much of feedback from users we never heard from. All of them were free users for quite a while, never having subscription at VHTV. Yet the revenue rates for this apartment grew, and all of us are satisfied with it. This apartment got more viewers within Premium members than before. Could it affect new coming viewers paying less attention to Mira & Henry apartment? Probably so. But the growth rate is bigger than the amount of viewers who would skip opportunity to unlock this apartment with all the other cameras at the website. And last, but not least important - we provide free users with complimentary service. We use our infrastructure to stream for them, and yet we don't plan to leave it as it is right now. So there may appear such things as limits of view duration for free users, ads (only for free users, of course), and other things, that won't make it convenient to watch VHTV for free. Instead, we will introduce more features and more reasons for any free user to consider purchasing subscription at VHTV and enjoy Standard/Premium service with all cameras and features unlocked. J.
  25. Sorry for misinformation. Brew & Dree will get back online tonight. New location, new emotions :)
