  1. No, absolutely no. Our obligation is to deliver both product and private message from viewer, which is optional to fill. Whatever participants do with these gifts - that's not our cup of tea.
  2. What's the point? If you like somebody, who runs webcam shows, you can tip them there. Here at VHTV it won't go further than donation, which is private matter of viewer and participant
  3. Amy, thanks for shedding some light on it. We are checking the grounds right now, and pretty sure this feature will be used by our viewers and fans. I guess that's a good cause for this topic to become a place where you could give feedback on products, share your experience of buying and watching it being delivered and unpacked. And, of course, we will be listening carefully on what gifts would you like to see at the store - we will definitely add those which our participants would like too. By the way, the wish lists are in progress state right now. There will be a wish list for every participant that wishes something to get as a gift from viewer. And that's not it. This feature will get more interesting things for you to check out in recent future.
  4. We don't think they will return anytime in recent future. Sorry.
  5. Hey Nack! Glad to hear from you! Doing fine. Extremely busy with projects, but it's getting better. We're approaching to the development stage, where visible changes will be appearing more frequently than those done under the hood. Yeah, about time to go!
  6. Yes we do! That's what was said when x2 Sale was announced. We appreciate our loyal members staying with us. That's not the question of somebody deserving that or not. That is marketing campaign targeted at new audience. New subscribers and existing subscribers are two different areas of marketing for us, so that should answer your question. I understand your emotions, and I ran into the same situation when Google, Dropbox or Spotify run such campaigns time to time, giving 1-3 months of free or reduced-priced cost for NEW subscribers only, never applying anything to existing members. But we are different, and appreciate everybody staying with us 🙂 That's what we said sometime ago. This thing is planned for future. You will be able to select the houses YOU would like to watch, accessing only this particular apartment(s). Thaaat's kinda question to you, I guess. Why do you pay for something you don't to watch? Don't want - don't pay, that's easy 🙂 Could you please elaborate this particular question? Do you mean making all cameras free for everybody when new houses join VHTV or what? Our definition of your "garbage" is stats houses show. If they do not get any views - yeah, we can consider them as "garbage". In this situation this particular house is being kicked out. Easy as it is. The reason you see the houses Live at VHTV is because people watch them. We appreciate your opinion, but there are several millions of other people watching these same houses and it seems the subscribed share of these users like the houses you don't. You know we follow CC closely as this is a source of raw feedback for us. I can say we don't take it to heart and don't follow advises and "commands" given here direcly. But we listen and apply changes to VHTV's multi-segmented business structure. And you may already know that we direct nothing. We don't run scripts or things for participants to follow.
  7. Yeah, the fuck is that?! VHTV GO KILL YOURSELF!
  8. You should check this comment in case you missed it: If you'd like to continue discussing if it was good thing to use "shitty" as descriptive word for the quality of internet connection or not, or if author meant to call the whole country "shitty" or not for any reason, I won't mind, but will consider leaving it to discuss without my part into it.
  9. Unfortunately, Casahot isn't coming back anytime in the future soon. Our Brazilian friends decided to shut down this project to focus on other business they run. As usual, we will be looking forward good news from them in case they'd like to launch anything with us anytime in the future.
  10. Hey, come on, I didn't say anything bad about country. I expressed my opinion on internet connection quality in US as generally shitty. Compared with other countries in Europe. Our company comes from UK, and our offices are based in Europe. When we entered US market we were very surprised with conditions of the internet, considering that the internet itself came from US (thanks for that). I'm sorry for being harsh, i didn't mean to insult anyone. For more elaborated comment on internet quality in US please read our message here and learn about our way of making our service better even in the conditions given. This topic wasn't meant to discuss such things, so let's stick to the discussion of Gia & Anthony's house, if you don't mind. If you want to discuss internet connection quality, let's switch to general discussion topic. Sorry for starting it here in the first place. Mentioning @Amy3 as this reply refers to her messages too.
  11. A message for US users at VHTV: Hey everyone. We are well aware that some of you face issues with VHTV sometimes. We know you're angry about it and so are we. Our feelings about it are full of confusion as we have already invested into launching North American server infrastructure you know about, which works seamlessly. It does fail sometimes too, and it may affect US users viewer experience. In future, we will be investing into scaling this infrastructure to make it as stable and scaled as our EU infrastructure. Yet that's the other topic to feature. After hours of diagnostics, with help of those US users, who let us enter their PCs via remote access software to see the problems in person, and, especially, for those of these users, who provided us with diagnostics information we requested... we saw the problem is not coming from VHTV. We just have to say, that the problem is end user's internet connection quality. We have been told by lots of users quite the same thing, that they have no issues with YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and many others large streaming services, and that is true. There can not be any problems with them if you have decent internet connection quality. The reason of that is because these big companies have contracts signed with large monopolies as ISP companies like Time Warner, Comcast, Century Link, Cox and several others, who hold the whole market of internet service providers. YouTube, Netflix do have their servers installed at ISPs data centers, which allows them to stream their content to end-user with maximum speed with minimum latency. We at VHTV do not have the same resources to achieve it the way big companies chose. We don't communicate with US senators and government workers who we can lobby our interests through. That's why we have to elaborate the way of providing the best quality of service developing new solutions. One of these solutions will be introduced to all of our customers this summer already, which will allow any user to watch VHTV streams as they were living in data-center of ours. No matter how shitty your provider is, you will be able to choose the quality of streaming that fits you better. As you may know, we stream at full 1080p to all of our clients. That's not what all of ISPs can handle, unfortunately, when this content is being delivered from external servers like ours. Or they can, but they throttle the speeds of such services (that's why you must sign up for net neutrality petitions, they are very important for everybody, not only for US citizens). Anyway, let it be our heads up to the issues some of you run into. We hear you, and we will continue making our service better for everyone who'd like to use it.
  12. Hey everyone. Glad you joined us today watching Gia & Anthony's house and discussing it here. We're very excited with today's launch of their apartment as it's our first place opened in US. There are many reasons to be excited, as, first of all, most of our clients are watching us from US. Second, this apartment was long planned and we are very happy to have Anthony & Gia in our big family. Guys worked hard to make it happen, as all this was planned in very different city and state, far away from Miami, yet packed with fun. Finally they settled in this beautiful house in sunny Miami area, and now they are finally live. We faced lots of issues with this apartment, one of them is, let's face it, shitty US internet quality. Anthony managed to find the best solution in this case, which was not easy to achieve, but now it's done. This is the achievement of one single couple from US, who are the managers of their own, with attitude to share their private life to everyone at VHTV, and plans to expand into more places around US with more people with the same idea in mind. As said by @pahman above, we're open to everybody to connect to VHTV. Anywhere in the world, anybody can join us and start their new life under Voyeur House cameras. We wish them luck and great fun to have ahead. Enjoy your views and behave well 😉
  13. VHTV's first house in Miami. Welcome us to North American continent! https://voyeur-house.tv/realm24/
  14. Hey Claude, please reach us out via [email protected] and you'll receive instructions the solution in case your government or provider blocks VHTV and other services. We provide it absolutely for free.
  15. Absolutely. Archives are being watched by many users every day. We may extend timeline in recent future.
  16. This will be improved for paid users. There's some de-sync happening by now, which will be resolved soon. As forfree users, there will be always the top-viewed camera of each apartment in apartment menu, so there may be cases when free user clicks on the preview and is being forwarded to free camera of this aparment. However, we warn about that happening once you've been forwarded to free camera. Glad you liked this improvement. We will try introducing new things more often for you to check. Coming next, there's a big update for Archive Moments section.
  17. Thank you for drawing our attention to the cameras arrangement. We are doing our best to make the content better. That's why your opinion is so important for us. We would be very much obliged to you if you can give us an advice how we could improve the cams placement in the pointed apartments.
  18. Hi everyone, First of all thank you, @Sparkles, @jabbath1987, @Amy3 for reporting the issue to our Support. The apartment is now offline due to breaking of VHTV rules. We shut it down for temporary maintenance until the situation is resolved. VHTV
  19. I named the reasons we won't change it now, just cause subscriber won't pay for what free user gets... For free. And that is no brainier indeed, but for us and our participants. I can't continue flaming on this, Amy, I'm sorry. I have already replied to messages like this one above and won't keep on doing it, cause it really makes no sense in doing so. Everything works on agreements. Participants agree to the terms given. Viewers agree to the terms given upon visiting or subscribing. And that stays unchanged. Terms change, though.
  20. I agree it's not bad idea, but we will work something more clever and convenient for everybody indeed.
  21. So, what is your suggestion? Counting premium viewers watching free cameras? Why would premium user pay for something that free user doesn't? What is the point? From participant point of view it's similar to investment in making a preview of what their life is. We don't see anything bad here, as it's kinda essential thing, and participants are fully aware of what's being steamed and which way too
  22. Maybe because newcoming viewers are able to see what they're missing on locked cameras within given apartment? They subscribe to see them all and participants are getting paid for these premium views.
  23. I believe I answered the first part of this question here As for allowing closure of all free cams - it's all possible. For sure it would cut off the influx of yet-to-become subscribers, but if we're going to close all the free cameras, we would change the way we introduce future viewers to locked features. That's absolutely doable, but not yet planned.
