    Just curious if anyone has heard from Lexy & Pete during these trying times. They were one of my favorite couples out there. I'm not sure where those crazy kids ended up but I'm just hoping they're safe and sound. It'd be nice to see them again for sure.

    Same thing here in the U.S. Although its required that the landlord have a spare key just in case of emergencies. The Landlord does however have a "Right to Repair" and may enter the dwelling if the tenant is not around to do so. For example if an apartment has a busted pipe and water is flooding the building the landlord may enter and repair it. We don't typically deal in cash though. I guess it would depend on how shady the landlord is and if this is under the table or not. But I suppose that's the same anywhere in the world.
