    Well normally in the summer people don't take showers with so hot water 😁 so there isn't such heat inside like in the winter with the steam But i believe that she doesn't like this cam.. how can she do the daily bending to cam in the bathroom to appear on twitter??

    Not all countries have the same conditions for that. I remember reading advertisements that in some touristic places/areas/countries they recommend with a particular level of "you need to do that" drinking bottled water instead of tap water.. Even ice should not be "used" from tapped water

    If the spigot is the part where the water comes from the jug.. you see on the picture you share it's going inside the jug (check the youtube video i edited on my post)

    Edit: sorry misunderstood your message.. thought you was saying that they will not put a cam there because being so small.. But again having such a rush to opening houses with cams not working doesn't makes sense Tech is there
