Unless their subscribers decreased they will always received the same ammount having 15 ou 25 houses opened (Don't belive that the expenses increases significantly after is all mounted.. the issues they have are almost the same ) .. That's why i think for VH having "bad houses" or not it's almost the same.. They aren't losing money because of that.. For tenant's it's different.. before 50% for 15 houses and now 50% for 25 houses.. if that 50% don't increase on the same proportion they (and managers) will receive way less money.
